Do you fit Omozing’s basic criteria?

Omozing lends to salaried people with a take-home of ₹40,000 or more and a credit score from 600.

What this means

Before you take a loan, check how stretched it would make you with the FOIR and affordability check, and see what any offer really costs with the loan offer decoder.

Omozing offers personal loans of up to ₹25 lakh for 3 to 36 months, with rates starting from 11% a year and a processing fee of 3%–7% plus GST. The exact APR is shown in your Key Fact Statement before you accept.

Illustrative only. The indicative loan is the amount your EMI room repays at the example rate and tenure, using the standard reducing-balance EMI formula, rounded down to the nearest ₹1,000 and capped at Omozing’s ₹25 lakh maximum. It ignores the processing fee and any other charges. The amount any lender offers depends on a full assessment of your credit report, income and existing loans.

About this tool

This free calculator works out how much personal loan your salary may support. It takes your monthly take-home pay, the EMIs you already pay, a tenure of 3 to 36 months and an example interest rate, then applies a FOIR limit of 40% or 50% to find your EMI room and the loan that EMI repays. It shows the EMI, total interest, how the amount changes over 12, 24 and 36 months, and whether you fit Omozing’s basic criteria.

Frequently asked questions

How much personal loan can I get on a ₹50,000 salary?

With no other EMIs, a lender allowing 40% to 50% of take-home for EMIs gives you ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 a month. At an example rate of 14% a year over 36 months, that repays roughly ₹5.85 lakh to ₹7.31 lakh. Existing EMIs, the rate and the tenure change this a lot.

What is FOIR?

FOIR (fixed obligations to income ratio) is the share of your take-home pay that goes on all your EMIs together, old and new. Many lenders work somewhere between 40% and 50%. Whatever is left after your current EMIs is the room for a new one.

Do credit card EMIs count as existing EMIs?

Yes. Loan EMIs, credit-card EMIs and pay-later instalments all count towards FOIR, so add them all up. Closing a small loan before you apply can raise the amount you can borrow.

Can I borrow more than ₹25 lakh?

Not from Omozing; our maximum is ₹25 lakh. Higher limits may be available from other lenders or secured loans.

What is the minimum salary for an Omozing personal loan?

A take-home salary of ₹40,000 a month, credited to your bank account, with a credit score from 600. Loans run from 3 to 36 months, rates start from 11% a year and the processing fee is 3%–7% plus GST.

Can I close the loan early?

Yes. A foreclosure charge of 4%–6% applies. The exact terms are in your Key Fact Statement and loan agreement.

Is the result an offer from Omozing?

No. Results are illustrative and use an example rate you can change. Your actual amount, rate and fees depend on a full credit assessment, and the exact APR is shown in your Key Fact Statement.
