About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on AI Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique blend of prototype development, demo delivery, product training, and account support—perfect for someone who enjoys both coding and client interaction.

You will work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to bring AI-powered solutions to life for customers. Whether it’s building proof-of-concept demos, conducting walkthroughs, or managing early-stage deployments, you’ll be at the forefront of client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver interactive prototypes and AI solution demos tailored to client needs

• Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and onboarding for new customers

• Participate in client calls to gather requirements and offer solution insights

• Coordinate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions

• Create clear documentation, guides, and support resources

• Ensure smooth handoff and success during early account lifecycle

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs) or other reputed colleges with excellent academic scores

• Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English

• Demonstrated hands-on coding experience (Python, APIs, JavaScript, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving ability and interest in AI/ML, automation, or SaaS

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and team spirit

• Immediate availability to join the in-office team in Noida
